Ultimate Health & Performance

For both nutrition and triathlon coaching, Ultimate Health and Performance prepared me physically and mentally for the 2019 race season. A complete diet overhaul and prescriptive workout plan set me up for my first Ironman finish. The experience that Ed at UHP brought to race preparation was the edge I needed to finish the 2019 Ironman 70.3 season as the top physically challenged All World Athlete globally.

Syracuse Bicycle

The Point to Pint ride that Syracuse Bicycle hosts raises money to adapt bicycles for challenged athletes. In 2019 I was the recipient of some of this funding to prepare my Trek Speed Concept for the triathlon race season. Syracuse Bicycle modified my aerobars, added eTap shifting and a brake splitter to allow for one handed braking on both the front and rear wheels. Everyone at the shop helped ensure I was prepared for the races and they continue to do so.
